    Monika has shown her entrepreneurial spirit from a very early age. In 2000, she co-founded a medical equipment trading company in the heart of Africa, Ghana. She laid the foundation for this new endeavor with her astute networking skills and work ethic, having to overcome many hurdles in a very challenging economic environment.

    A quick learner, she applied her experiences in Africa to start an e-commerce party supply business in Dubai. Here, she oversaw procurement, warehousing and managed a team of marketers and developers to establish her business in a very fast paced and challenging market. After a year of hard work, she successfully sold the business.

    Today, with her 22 year experience in various countries and industries, she is aiding Francorp with their global expansion into Africa. She hopes her knowledge of the culture, people and markets of Africa will be valuable in setting up this venture and she is excited to contribute to its success!
